How do I create an account?
Click "Sign Up" in the top right corner, enter your email and password, and verify your email address. You can also sign up using Google or Facebook for faster registration.
How do I become a coach on SkillUp?
Go to your profile settings and apply to become a creator. You'll need to provide verification of your coaching credentials or professional sports experience. Our team reviews applications within 3-5 business days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe. All payments are processed securely with industry-standard encryption.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
How do I upload training videos?
As a verified coach, go to the Creator Dashboard and click "Upload Video". You can upload videos up to 4K resolution in MP4 or MOV format. Add a title, description, sport category, and difficulty level to help athletes find your content.
What sports are supported?
SkillUp currently supports Football (Soccer), Basketball, Tennis, Baseball, Rugby, Volleyball, Hockey, and Golf. We're constantly adding new sports based on user demand.
How do I book a 1-on-1 lesson with a coach?
Visit a coach's profile page, check their availability calendar, and select a time slot that works for you. Payment is processed upfront, and you'll receive video call details via email.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes! SkillUp is available on iOS and Android. Download from the App Store or Google Play Store to train on the go with offline video downloads.
