SkillUp is a person-to-person services marketplace that connects independent sports coaches with students seeking real-time, one-to-one training sessions. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our platform across iOS, Android, and web applications.

We collect information you provide directly to us, including when you create an account, update your profile, upload videos, book lessons, or communicate with us.

• Profile information (bio, sport preferences, skill level)

• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe or Apple - we do not store card details)
• Usage data (pages visited, features used)

• Process lesson bookings and transactions

• With Apple for in-app purchase processing on iOS

6. Payment Processing

Payments on SkillUp are processed through different providers depending on your platform and purchase type. We never store your full credit card number on our servers.

6.1 Stripe (Web and Android)

Lesson bookings and content purchases made through our website or Android app are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Stripe handles all payment card data securely in compliance with PCI DSS standards. Payments for lessons are transferred directly to the coach via Stripe Connect. 6.2 Apple In-App Purchase (iOS)

Creator subscription purchases (Creator Pro and Creator Business) made within the iOS app are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple handles all payment data for these transactions. We receive only transaction confirmation and subscription status from Apple - never your payment card details. 7. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy:

• Account data — retained while your account is active; deleted when you delete your account, except where retention is legally required
• Content you publish — retained until you remove it or delete your account
• Transaction records — retained as required by tax and accounting laws (typically up to 7 years)
• Analytics data — collected only with your consent and retained in aggregate form

8. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States and process data on infrastructure that may be located in the United States and other countries. Where we transfer personal information from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and work with providers (including Stripe, Apple, and our hosting providers) that maintain equivalent protections.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Multiplatform Services

SkillUp operates across multiple platforms including iOS, Android, and web. Your account, purchases, and booked services are synchronized across all platforms. When you purchase a lesson or service on one platform, it will be accessible on all platforms where you are logged in with the same account.

12. Children's Privacy

SkillUp accounts are intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts or use the platform without verifiable parental consent as required by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Training content may be suitable for younger athletes, but any account, purchase, booking, or messaging activity for a child under 13 must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information without parental consent, contact us at admin@easychamp.com and we will delete it.
