5. Payment Processing

Payments on SkillUp are processed through different providers depending on your platform and purchase type. We never store your full credit card number on our servers.

5.1 Stripe (Web and Android)

Lesson bookings and content purchases made through our website or Android app are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Stripe handles all payment card data securely in compliance with PCI DSS standards. Payments for lessons are transferred directly to the coach via Stripe Connect. 5.2 Apple In-App Purchase (iOS)

Creator subscription purchases (Creator Pro and Creator Business) made within the iOS app are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple handles all payment data for these transactions. We receive only transaction confirmation and subscription status from Apple - never your payment card details. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

SkillUp is designed to be suitable for users aged 6 and older. Children under 13 should use the app with parental guidance, especially for features involving payments, coach bookings, or messaging.
